Who counts as a user?

If you are on a paid plan, an active user is someone who is on a team that gets paired every week. If a user is on multiple teams that have matching enabled, they are still considered one user. When a user leaves and is no longer a part of any matching team, they are no longer considered a user.

How do I know your platform is secure?

We take security seriously as we understand that Teams store much of your organization's sensitive data. We follow strict security protocols and strive to go above and beyond the standards in the industry. Please read our Security Practices, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What are the next steps for getting the enterprise package?

If you are interested in the enterprise package, please contact with some information about your team size.

Will I get automatically upgraded if I exceed my plan's user limit?

By default, we automatically upgrade your plan once you exceed your plans user count if you choose monthly billing. If you are on annual billing, you can configure the number of users.

If you choose not to automatically upgrade, we will randomly match a subset of the users in the matching team up to the user limit of your current plan.

What happens if in the Free plan the number of team members exceeds 24?

We will only match the first 24 people that join the team. We will continue to match those people and send you notice that you have exceeded the free plan.

What currency are prices in?

All of our prices are in USD.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, you can install the bot right into teams without purchasing a subscription. You can match up to 24 users for free, forever.

We also offer 1 month of free trial for our Pro tier so you can match larger teams.

I only want to pay for my team's channel and not the whole organization.

Do nonprofits, and educational institutions get special pricing?

We offer discounts for educational institutions and nonprofits. Please contact us at to get details on this offering.

Is the subscription billed monthly or annually?

We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions. If you upgrade from monthly to annually midway through your billing cycle you will receive a credit for your next cycle.

You can cancel your current plan at any time. You will still have access to the platform and matching for the duration of that cycle. After that billing cycle ends, you will not be charged again. We do not offer refunds on payments already made.

If users disable their "Active Matching", do they still count as active users in pricing? In particular, would the monthly price decreased or increase accordingly?

No. Users who have matching disabled are not counted in the monthly price. The current plan will fluctuate up and down depending on how many active users you have and which tier you are in.

What if in the Pro plan the number of user number exceeds 200? Will the pricing model change to Enterprise automatically?

No. You will have to go to the billing page in the dashboard and switch to the enterprise plan.
